Join with me in celebrating Bobbi Hicks! Can you hear the angels cheering and see the confetti flying as the Hosts of Heaven and Jesus Himself celebrate Bobbi with us? I can. When I received approval from Bobbi to hijack this column so I could tell you about her, I asked Holy Spirit what He wanted you to know. I could sense His great delight and pleasure in Bobbi and I am thrilled to tell you about her.

Bobbi adores the Lord! She loves Him immensely and nurtures their relationship by spending time with Him, worshipping Him, reading His Word and being with His people. And as a result of this, the Love of God gushes out of her like a fountain. This love manifests itself in the fact that Bobbi is always ready with a hug and an encouraging word. In fact, she makes a point to get up and hug you when you enter the prayer center or see her at an event.

This love is also evident in her listening ear. She is quick to ask “How are you?” and then pays attention when you answer, offering Godly perspectives and insight into tough situations. She truly loves the people in her life, and they love her. Relationships are high priority.

Bobbi sees the best in people and desires to spur them on to greatness and destiny. She has a keen discernment of people’s strengths and spiritual gifting and helps pull those out into the light. She also loves to help people figure out what they were created for, then encourages and assists them to get on a path toward it.

Bobbi seeks God diligently before ever offering correction or difficult insights, then addresses the issue in humility and concern. She is quick to pray and intercede when Holy Spirit brings a burden or revelation to her. And she is quick to give God all the glory, honor and praise that He deserves.

Bobbi is a woman of vision. She has a huge heart for restoration and community, and longs to see the Body of Christ not only get free, but walk in dominion. Her passion to see Napa operating in its Godly calling is contagious and inspiring. She is a catalyst for unity among the churches and transformation in the Napa Valley and beyond. Her diligence and availability to Holy Spirit makes her a dynamo in the Spirit realm, powerful in tearing down strongholds and bringing glory to the Lord.I’m so thankful to be on Bobbi’s team!
